Vision
To partner with externally focused churches and church planters to make mature and equipped followers of Jesus Christ deployed for global city transformation We seek to come along side the local church in strategic global cities in order to help them bridge the two major gaps that prevent holistic transformation in the city:Leadership:

We seek to accomplish our vision of bridging the gaps of leadership and influence by increasing the capacity of churches to:Multiply and deploy mature, equipped, and missional leaders in the church for city transformation, through the process of life on life missional discipleship
Intentionally build bridges of influence from the church to the city in the marketplace, the next generation, and those in greatest need.
